PRIMARY CARE

Our team of primary care physicians is happy to fill in when you are not able to see your family doctor or if you don’t have a family doctor. We are happy to provide you with our high-quality primary care with one of our online doctors while you are waiting for a family physician.

EMERGENCY CARE

While we are able to assist you or your family 6 AM to 11 PM all week, but if your matter is an emergency then we strongly recommend you to call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.

WOMEN'S HEALTH
Our team of experts is well equipped to handle any healthcare matters related to women’s health exclusively. Our goal is to make you feel comfortable to share and consult about your issue with any of our team members. We ensure that your matter is handled with care, discretion and professionalism.
CAN I GET A PRESCRIPTION?

Yes, no problem. Prescriptions can be faxed to your local pharmacy. Please note that our physicians are unable to prescribe controlled substances on this platform.

HOW MUCH DOES THE SERVICE COST?
Nothing, our services are free for Ontario residents with OHIP coverage.
WILL I BE ABLE TO ACCESS DETAILS OF MY APPOINTMENT?
Absolutely, we keep a record of your appointments in our EMR system, and you may request a copy at any time. Your information is safe and secure, and will never be sold to any third parties!!
WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I LOSE MY INTERNET CONNECTION DURING THE VIDEO CALL WITH THE DOCTOR?
Not to worry! The doctor with whom you are meeting will call you on the phone number provided by you during the registration process.
